Adrian Heilbut
Adrian Heilbut is a PhD candidate in Bioinformatics at Boston University and the Broad Institute, working on analysis of functional genetics of neurodegenerative disease and on development of methods and software for clustering structured data. Before going back to school, he worked in biotech, deconstructing yeast at MDS Proteomics and fighting robots at CombinatoRx. He holds a B.Sc.(Hon) in Computer Science and Neuroscience from the University of Toronto, and M.S. from Boston University, and has taught Statistics as an adjunct instructor at BU and Lesley University.
